Let me tell you about this drink! It is ah-maaaz-ing. I discovered it my third trimester during the “I can’t get comfortable and sleep” phase and have continued to drink it ever since. In fact as I sit here typing I’m enjoying a nice full cup of it.
I discovered it during one of my late night pinning sessions here. It didn’t take me anywhere when I clicked on the link but I could still read the recipe. It is super easy to make, relatively low in calories, no caffeine (great when nursing), no dairy, which was helpful for when my daughter developed her allergies and it tastes super yummy.
Here are the 4 ingredients required: Almond milk, honey, vanilla extract and cinnamon.
Directions:
- Heat 1 cup of almond milk on high until it starts to foam.
- Remove from heat and stir in 1 tsp of honey, 2 drops of vanilla extract.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy.
Goodnight everyone!
